Manheim, PA — August 4, 2024 — Sam Cannon Elite’s basketball program demonstrated exceptional skill and tenacity at the AAU Nationals held in Manheim, Pennsylvania, on August 3-4. The program’s remarkable performance across all age divisions underscored their dominance in youth basketball, with multiple teams advancing to the Final Four and championship games.

The 7th grade team was a standout in the top division, making an impressive run to the Final Four. Their journey came to a narrow end against the Duvaul Grizzlies, the eventual champions, who edged them out by just 5 points. Despite the loss, the team’s performance solidified their reputation as a formidable contender.

In an equally impressive feat, the 6th grade team reached the championship game in the top division. Their journey to the finals was a testament to their hard work and skill, but they ultimately fell to BM Elite in a tightly contested game. The runners-up finish showcased the team’s high level of play and determination.
